General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the purchase of products (sculptures and lighting systems) and services (workshops) carried out through the Owner's website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND SCOPE
The contract has as its object the sale of:
Material goods: Artistic sculptures and lighting accessories made of authentic Murano glass.
Services: Workshops and educational/experiential experiences related to the processing of Murano Glass.
The purchase is allowed both to Consumer users (B2C) and to professionals or companies (B2B). The provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply only if the buyer is a final consumer.
3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS (MANSHIP)
Essential note on the nature of the goods:
All products for sale are handicrafts made of Murano Glass. For the very nature of the manual and artistic processing of glass, any small variations in colour, size, finish or the presence of micro-air bubbles do not constitute defects of conformity, but elements of uniqueness and value that attest to the authenticity of the handcrafted piece.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for products and services is made securely through the integrated Stripe platform. The main credit and debit card circuits supported by Stripe are accepted. The fulfilment of the order or the confirmation of the workshop reservation will only take place following the successful outcome of the economic transaction.
5. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Sculptures and lighting systems are packed with specific professional techniques for fragile materials. Shipments are made by qualified express couriers. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the piece (if already made or to be created on commission) and the destination.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS (FOR MULTI-MATERIAL PRODUCTS / GOODS)
In accordance with the law, the Consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
Return shipping costs: As expressly agreed, the shipping costs related to the return of the good are fully borne by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the choice of the courier and the correct and secure protection of the packaging. Given the extreme fragility of the Murano Glass, if the good arrives damaged at the Owner's headquarters due to inadequate packaging, the return cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Condition of the good: The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and free of signs of wear or alteration.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or clearly personalised products at the specific request of the Customer.
7. SERVICE DISCIPLINE (WORKSHOP)
The purchase of a workshop gives you the right to participate in the experience on the selected date and time. Since these are leisure services with specific dates, pursuant to art. 59, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations and changes by the Customer: Any requests for date change or cancellation must be received by email to info@hub30141.it with at least 7 days' notice compared to the date of the event in order to benefit, where possible, from a voucher or date change. After this period, the fee will not be refundable.
Cancellation by the Organiser: If the workshop must be cancelled by the Owner due to force majeure or technical impediments, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the fee paid, excluding any further compensation.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, if the customer is a Consumer, the competent court will be that of his residence or domicile. If the customer is a professional/company (B2B), the exclusive court of jurisdiction will be the Venice Court.
